Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Merged my company with another. Had original contract which stated how we would operate for the first year. (probationary period) Also stated what happened after that year if we decided to remain joined, i.e. shares exchanged, management, sales price, salaries etc. Basically said a new contract governing the partnership going forward was to be provided to me by the company within three months of the year anniversary. It is now a year past that date and I do not have a contract. Question 1. Since they have not provided me with a contract even after I have asked monthly are they in breach of the original contract.
2. Can I take my original equipment i brought with me and my original companies things and walk out?

Any attorney will say more information is needed. Also a personal consultation is appropriate, given these circumstances. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
