Non Compete
I signed a Non Compete as part of a Business Contract to partner with a man in transport Goods and Services...
He broke the Contract.
Am I still obligated by the Non Compete.?

That depends entirely on the terms of the agreement. Most agreements written by an experienced attorney for the company would provide that you are obligated. If you had an attorney, they would have tried to exclude this. Provide the contract to your attorney or retain an experienced business attorney if you don't have one.
