Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
I am an online magazine with paid subscribers. Is it legal for me to drive more subscription sales with monthly giveaways of product from my advertisers?

As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you the starting point. Every company has an absolute right to determine who distributes their products - whether by giveaway or otherwise. So, you should check with your advertisers first. Since you would be paying them (presumably) for the product giveaways, they should have no problem. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
