Operating Agreements for Corporation
I'm looking for an Operating Agreement for a Corporation. All of the Operating Agreements I find on line are for LLC's. Do you know where I can download a form?

Usually, one does not have an operating agreement for a corporation. What is the purpose of your having an operating agreement?
