Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
proprietary information
I need to request that a former business associate remove my proprietary information from his website to disassociate himself from us as we are no longer associated. He no longer has permission to use my wording or claim access to my equipment. How do I do this please?

Re: proprietary information
Morning,
I would just write a letter, certified return receipt, requesting that he remove the offending material in the best interest of both parties. Avoid legal claims and legalese because it just appears as nothing other than pure rhetoric.
I would, however, talk to an attorney to see if what you claim is indeed proprietary and other considerations. Good luck.
