Real estate partnerships
I purchaced a home with a partner (tenants in common) thinking we could fix it up and sell it for a profit. My partner moved out and stoped paying his half of the morgage. is there anything I can do

What are the terms of your tenants in common or operating agreement? If you have no agreement, you will need to come to one or you will need to proceed to file a partition action.
Get counsel to resolve this matter.
