recapping legal fees
I was involved in a civil suite, it wen on for 6 years. after 4 days in court, the judge ruled in my favor. At the time, my contract had no provisions for legal fees..... can i sue the plaintiffs for the $25,000 i spent on legal fees???

Since there was no contract terms the only other way is by statute. If your attorney did not file for legal fees, then it likely was not covered. Ask them.
