Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Sale of business contract
I recently wrote up a contract that has a company buying my truck and equipment and goods for a certain agreed price. I also included a down payment that is non-refundable and also that after reciept of certified funds the truck and contents would become the property and responsibility of ASD. The contract also stated that if any delay or untimely payment in full occur, ASD agrees to lease to own at a certain rate for a 12 month period. The last statement specifys that the undersigned do herby legally bind themselves and all other officers of the above companies to the terms in the contract. It was noterized and signed by both company officers and now one owner is saing deal off. What can I do?
