Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
I own a small business, a customer ordered 14,000.00 worth of flooring. They ppaid a deposit, upon pick up of all Materials wrote a final check for the balance and then left our store with materials. Over the weekend he canceled his final check of 4,000.00??? No reson..No phone call, Now we have to call a lawyer to get our final payment.Please help!!!

Sorry about the problems. Email with questions. I would recommend that a letter from an attorney under the insufficient funds statute provisions will likely get them to pay. If they don't, they can be sued for damages of three times that amount.
