Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Hi. I just sold my business couple months age. With the contract the buyer pay me 1/3 of the business at signing and 2/3 make monthly for 12 months ( about 200,000). The buyer been running the business after signing the contract. But he refused to make monthly payments. He is now 3 months late on his first payment. What can I do to get my money? I kept on saying he doesn't have to money.

Your options depend on your contracts. A good business attorney would have used security agreements and other options to give you lots of options.
Talk to the attorney who drafted your contracts. If you did not use one, hire a business attorney so they can review and provide you the best options.
