Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
I started an LLC with two partners about 8 months ago. One partner had 50% ownership, while the two of us each had 25%. The majority owner and I had a disagreement about the direction of the company, and he signed over my percentage to the third partner, making them 50/50. This was done without talking to me and within one day. What can I do? Am I at least owed any compensation?

The majority owner had no authority to "sign over" any of your interest to a third member. You need to retain a business attorney immediately to get this resolved.
