How do I transfer an LLC from Hawaii to Colorado?

Your question is unclear. If you have an LLC that was organized in Hawaii and want that LLC to do business in Colorado, then you need to file a statement of foreign entity authority. You also need a local agent.
Unless there is a particular reason to maintain the foreign entity, it is less expensive and likely better to have a Colorado LLC for a Colorado based business.
