If you speak and write English, are over 18, and are not retarded in any way, why should you feel that you are allowed to disregard your legal obligations pursuant to a mutually executed and binding bilateral contract?

You are missing the whole point of entering into a bilateral contractual agreement - that is, you must abide by its terms, or else you are in breach of the agreement, and must pay the consequences.

Perhaps something is wrong with you - and not the contract.

While there may be grounds in fighting an unconscionable contracs simply stating that the other side was represented by counsel and you were not won't cut it. The other side's lawyer has no obligation to you in anyway and so long as you were not denied the right to seek your own counsel it is an uphill climb in setting aside a contract that you entered into willingly.

Its possible to make that argument, but it may not work. It depends on the details of what happened.
