Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
i wanna start a business i have a partner in us i dont know him but we try to estmblish a corporation i am in europe is there any risk for a scam or somth llike that i should be aware of .... any risks... plz inform me....

If this is with a Colorado partner, you need to hire a Colorado attorney especially if you are in Europe.
