Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Myself and My wife signed lease and added two partners in the business and not part of lease. We added partner part of bank account as 45% and 5%. The additional partners are not part of the LLC documents. They are threatening us to leave business and they not yet signed any operator agreement. How do we remove the partners if we want.

You need to hire a business attorney now and before you do or say anything. Because you did not have an attorney draft a solid written operating agreement, you now have an LLC based on an oral agreement. The attorney needs to know all the terms of the oral agreement and get other facts. Making a mistake now is very costly and much more than getting legal advice now. This is not a DIY job.
