Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
I work at a hotel and we had a guest stay here and brought a dog in that he did not register as such he agreed to check out the next day 2 days early due to this. Long story short he is now claiming it was a service dog and is posting on online sites that we will not allow service animals and that we are racists and is not only mentioning the hotel name but my full name in the review. Is there anything i can do about this?

You can try to get a restraining order against this post and also make a claim for defamation. The owners of the hotel also need to talk to an attorney.
