Not admitting sex change
Can an employer fire its employee for not admitting a sex change?

Firing a person because of his or her sex is a discriminatory and unfair business practice in Colorado. I don't see why you should have to "admit" to being one sex, the other, or both. So unless your job is to be a surrogate mother and you used to be a man, you should contact an employment lawyer.
