aggressive solicitor that won't go away

I have a solicitor that calls

constantly, I have tried blocking

them, I have asked them to take me

off their call list, I have a no

solicitation message on my phone, I

am on the no solicitation registry...to

no avail... Can I sue or press

charges?

Go to the National Do Not Call Registry web site. You can file a complaint there, and those bastards will rue the day.
