Automobile Accident
My son was driving a jeep, owned by his sister without permission. He was at fault for a headon collision. The jeep was UN insured because it wasn't in use. How should we handle the other person's insurance company? The other motorist suffered leg and ankle injuries, My son was killed

As hard as it may be to do, you should report the jeep as stolen. I am sorry for your loss.
