Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado
which county to do i file in?
When taking civil action towards an incident that involved more than one city/county police department(s), would i file with the county in which the incident started in....or would i file with each county in which the incident had involvement through....? OR...how does that work?

Likely none of the above. A civil action for deprivation of your rights by the police is a federal cause of action under United States Code, Title 42, Section 1983. It should be filed in the United States District Court in Denver.
