Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado

crazy wife making husbands life a living hell
my brother is going through a terrible divorce and to make matters worse his wife has cuased him to be arrested 6 times now on pure false allegations.1 example is he ran into one of her boyfriends at a local store. the boyfriend called his wife and 5 mins later she showed up and called the cops on my brother saying that he is stalking her. It just goes on and on. My ??? is we as a family have spent over 40,000 $$$ on lawyers on bail have lost time from work to help our brother when this is all over can we bring her in civil court and make her repsonsible for all the $$$ heart ache stress pain and suffering she has put us through. we need help !!!!!!!!! thanks

Sue her for false reporting to the police, malicious prosecution and abuse of process.
