Death of my Father
My father died two years ago. His living spouse received everything. She is not our mother. There are three kids. Are we entitled to his estate?

Re: Death of my Father
It depends upon whether he left a will. If he did, was of sound mind when he did it, and specified everything to his wife, that was by definition his will, as painful as that may be to his children. A will can always be contested, but barring evidence that your father was somehow compelled against his actual wishes to make the provisions, I don't like your chances to succeed.
