Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado
what should i do next?
my fiance are from ne. we were in colorado on vacation. we got in to fight. i had my sister come and get me. i had to go to the dr when i got home.they called the police. they in turn called the colorado police. i talked to them and expressed i didnt want to press charges. i have tried to contact the officer many times he wont return my call. at this point no charges have been filed. its been a week. do i need to contact the da?

If no charges have been filed, there is no reason to contact the DA.
