Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado
How do I get government entities to release information?
When I ask a public entity (BLM,Forest Service, etc.) to release bidders names or bid results they tell me that is not allowed.
This is public information and there is a law which requires them to release it.
What is the name of this law so that I can reference it in a letter?
Thank You,

You make a demand for disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act [FOIA].
