Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado

What can I do?
If you could please inform me. . Can a school board refuse to give me a copy of the public minutes of a meeting? I just found out that in May, I was replaced as a coach and athletic director. I was informed on Wed. July 2, 2003. The person that is replacing me in this position,was my student teacher/coach. He is from the area, I am not. I feel that I was let go unfairly. How can I prove that this was done. My wife heard about my let go from the teen girls she works with. They let her know that the volleyball team had a couple of new players. When I inquired of the principal about this, the next day I was informed that I was no longer the coach, of the athletic director. The board also tried to not renew my contract I found out, but was talked into keeping me by the principal.
