First have, or contribute to having, a baby.
Then, after or while breaking up with your babymaker, contact an attorney who specializes in family law.
An allocation of parental responsibility hearing is fairly complex, and way too important, for you to do it alone with a by-the-numbers guide.

The first step is to inform the court that this is what you want, by way of motion, if not done when first filing for divorce.
