Re: Juvenile arrested for giving false information to police
It depends on the age of the juvenile (a child under 12 is probably incapable of this crime), but generally false reporting to authorities (18-8-111 C.R.S.), including just of one's name, is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
Usually conviction of that results in a fine, though jail time is possible.
Good luck.
