How can I, the protected, get a restraining order modified in Colorado?

You can file a motion with the court, setting out in plain language the changes you seek.
Just Google the "Colorado State Judicial Branch" and go to the web site. Under "Self-Help you can download the form for the motion, as well as instructions.
