Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado
Manipulated by two differenet pd's
I was told by the commerce city det. that if I had turned in some evidence that the charges would not be pursued and then the denver det later charged me with the evidence. What can I do?

This is a criminal law question. It sounds like you have some suppression issues because the police forced you to give them something. You should get a lawyer for your denver case and tell that person this story. I do criminal law in denver, and would be happy to represent you. 720-406-6969
