Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado

minors civil rights

My daughter has just moved to Colorado with me. She is attending the high school in the town I live, Meeker Colorado. She has informed me that in the school building that the dances, prom's, etc. are held there are built in Breathalysers to detect alcohol as they are walking in the doors. Now an adult has the right to refuse a breathalyser, does a minor. Is this device they have installed in their doorways infringing on a minors civil rights?

She has the right to refuse, but then the high school likely has the right to refuse her entrance. The U. S. Supreme Court has ruled that random drug testing of any student involved in extracurricular activities does not violate the United States Constitution.
