Miranda Rights

I was arrested for domestic abuse I never put one finger on the so called victim, well colorado supposedly has a law that if the cops are called for domestic violence someone has to be arrested, well 2 times i called on my husband and they came and never did anything well he called on me for throwing his clothes they arrested me for domestic violence knowing i never touched him and he blatently admitted chocking me which he said was self defense i am 4'' 11 about 98 pounds he is about 5''6 165 pounds nedless to say i was never read my rights, what can i do.

1. You and your husband should enter relationship counseling immediately or end the relationship immediately.

2. Domestic violence does not require "hitting" someone, and when law enforcement is called you can count on someone being in trouble. People don't call law enforcement during a domestic argument when things are calm.

3. Once law enforcement is called you have completely lost control. Prosecution will continue whether or not the parties wish it, and typically they do not.
