how would i go about receving money from and individual i sued that aparently dosent have a job or house? she lives in an extended stay hotel with her boyfriend/fiancee....

Find her a very nice job and then garnish her wages. A judgment is useless against a defendant with no money or property. Think O.J. Simpson.
