Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado
Personal Belongings
Recently I had a court case with my father in which I won. I still have all of my personal belongings at his home. He will not talk to me at all nor allow me to come get my things. Is there some way or someone who can help me find out who I can talk to about getting my stuff from him?

Re: Personal Belongings
I don't practice in CO, but in NY the following would be my advice:
If that is what the case was about, show the decision to the police, or the sheriff if it is an execution of judgment. If you were in Federal Court, use the federal marshal.
If it wasn't about that, you should go to the local police and ask them to accompany you.
