Photographing on Private Property

Is it lawful for a neighbor to videotape, audiotape or photograph another neighbor on their private property without permission and use it against them for possible charges of harassment?

If you do something visible to people that are not on your property, then it is fair game.

Privacy is not what you think it is, it is what a reasonable person would expect given the situation. So, if you live in a glass house and everyone can see in, then you have no privacy in your house.

Bottom line - if you want something private, you must affirmatively try to keep the public from seeing it.
