Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado
Photos on Internet
There are photos of me at a wet t-shirt contest on the internet without my permission. What kinds of rights do I have in this situation. I am willing to pay a lawyer if the photos will not be removed if there is something that can be done.

Re: Photos on Internet
There may be some copyright issues to contend with, but the commercial use of your image without your consent is actionable. It will be difficult to get the images down if they have spread, but it may be possible to shut down any commercial offenders. Please contact me if you have any questions or wish to discuss the matter further.
