Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado
Racism
2 coworkers and I have been having trouble with another coworker who is Hispanic. We work in a non-profit community agency that works primarily with Hispanics. While approaching our directors with the issues at hand, one of the directors asked me if I was racist and that she thought I was. This comment was not directed at the other two co-workers. Is this right? I haven't done or said anything to make anyone believe I was racist. What should I do?

Re: Racism
The first thing you should do is ask the director if you have done or said anything that leads her to believe you are racist.
Good luck.
