residence eviction notice
I am filing eviction notice to a tenant that is living in an apartment,
I have 1 last thing to file which is a writ of restitution in denver Colorado. Someone told me when I get this file which is after 48 hrs
I don't have to wait for the sheriff to acompany me.I can go to the apartment on my own.The Sheriff is there just to watch just in case
the tenant arrive an get violence with me

Maybe you can tell "someone" he or she can go to the apartment alone. But as long as you're going, why not take the sheriff along just for fun.
