Rights of Minors

If a teacher is acting unfairly to a group of minors, is there anything that can be done? What can the students themselves do?

If you mean unfairly, as opposed to illegally, prepare a written list of grievances that you can all sign on to, then go as a group to your principal, present it to him or her, and ask to be heard. Be polite but firm. If you do not get a satisfactory response, get your parents involved; get them to sign on to your grievance petition; get them to demand a hearing.

Good luck.
