my daughter has recieved a seponia in a civil sexual harassment case, she is 13. can I fight this seponia?I dont want her to be deposed.

You can always fight a subpoena with a motion to quash (make it go away), but generally, so long as the technical requirements for a subpoena are met, a judge will not grant such a motion.

Subpoenas may be served on the parent or guardian of a minor, ordering the parent to appear with the minor. Courts do, however, generally take pains to lessen the anxiety of the experience for children.
