Settlement

I am looking for a step by step process of preparing a confidential agreement settlement. If i could just have an example on how one is put together that would be great.

Also it is for a title VII retalation, discrimination claim. Please help

you could probably find such a sample document on various online legal sites, even though one may differ from another, and/or the samples may NOT necessarily cover all the points you want them to cover. if this is the case, you may inadvertantly put something in your agreement that is not legally enforceable or even subject yourself to liability. so, your BEST bet would be to have an ATTORNEY do this for you so you have peace of mind KNOWING that your points are accurately covered and legally protected. if you would like very affordable assistance with this, contact us directly today.
