Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado
suing the jailer
My husband feels that he has been cruelly treated in the jail that he is in. He feels that he is not getting the proper treatment for a medical condition that arrised from a surgery a few years ago. The jailer will not give him concideration for this problem. What can my husband do that will correct this problem when he has already went through the channels at the jail and been ignored?

Re: suing the jailer
If he has truly gone through the administrative remedies available to him, he can do what you suggest in your title: he can sue in United States District Court.
