Legal Question in Technology Law in Colorado
In Colorado, I performed Systems Integration Services, selling material and services to a client for a functional system built to serve the end objectives of the client. Upon completion of the build, the client requests that I provide all my material invoices to them for 'audit purposes'. Do I have any obligation to comply to this request?
