Arrested on a Vague Warrant
A child (17 years of age) was arrested on a vague warrant. Incarcerated in a Youth Detention Facility, taken to court and was released immediately to parent, supposedly arrested for truancy, but was not truant, the district had no idea who child was. Child was stripped searched, put into detention for over 24 hours, and parent still does not know why.
