Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Colorado
Cell phone service fraud
If I signed an agreement when a phone company when I was seventeen and the legal age to do so was a minimum of eighteen. I agreed to it and was fooled, but I was not able to make the right decision. I think this to be a fraud. Do I have a right to get all of my money back?

Re: Cell phone service fraud
If you were defrauded, you may have a lawsuit. But if you simply wish to get your money back because you were not of age to sign a contract, you're out of luck. You can void a contract because of incapacity to enter a legal contract, but you can't get back money you've already paid, assuming the service you paid for was performed.
