Disturbing the Peace?
Is it disturbing the peace if chldren are playing football in an apartent complex? (Not harming anything, breaking anything, they are jut bein loud.)

If the children live there, and it isn't late at night, and it isn't impeding the other residents (like a game in the halls), it might be annoying to some fuddy-duddies, but I don't think it would sustain a charge of disorderly conduct (disturbing the peace). The noise they make has to be unreasonable.
