dumpster diving in colorado
can a police officer go on to your property and dig in your trash on a off trash day ,where the trash men won't pick up your trash .

Doing what you describe would ordinarily be an illegal search, but there are circumstances under which it would be permissible. I have no idea whether any of those circumstances are present in your case.

If your trash is set out at the curb, the police can search it. They can't come onto your property and search it without a warrant. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is.
