Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Colorado
Rights Violated
I need help in filing a suit against an attorney, and judge
in Colorado. The attorney sent notices to old address to
prevent me from responding to petition. The attorney was
aware of pending action in Ca. The court failed to verify
proper service. These actions resulted in my loosing custody
of my children. They violated my rights to Due Process, and
Notice And Opportunity To Be Heard, as well as my right to
have a relationship with my children. I've tried to find an
attorney to help me, but noone wants to get involved.
I'm not sure where to start, I appreciate any help you can
give me. Thank You for your time and consideration.
