im 17 and my girlfriend is 14, i turn 18 in july she turns 15 in october so what will happen when i turn 18 and she is only 14 at that time....

If you're not having sex, it's okay for her to help you blow out your birthday candles.

If you are having sex, statutory rape applies when the under-15 victim is at least four years younger than the other child. It is true that 18 minus 14 equals four; however, if you are now 17 and she is 14, you will never be four years older than she is.

That means you still get to blow out your candles together.
