Legal Question in Construction Law in Colorado
$20,000 difference in contract and final billing
Signed a contract for construction
project. It says '' this is an estimate and
is subkect to change, depending upon
actual site conditions.'' The site
condidtions did not change in the least
bit, between contract signing and final
completion. Our final bill is 20,000
more than what we signed. Is this
legal? Also, please do not share, lend,
or sell any of my private infomation.
Please do not send any emails, letters,
catalogues or any other solicitation. I
am simply taking up your offer for
advice.

Re: $20,000 difference in contract and final billing
Hello,
There is no way to say if this is allowed with reviewing the contract and having many more facts about the development, the site and so on. Good luck.
