Legal Question in Construction Law in Colorado

I am having a cabin built in Colorado and my contractor is not paying his bills. Can the person that he owes money too, come after me and my cabin. The money he owes is for windows he bought.

The general answer is yes they can go after the owner if the contractor fails to pay the subs. There are some complex rules regarding the lien rights of materialmen, but the basic answer is yes.
